A simple strobe transition. Adjustable by three parameters which control how much influence the crossfader has, how much delay between strobes, and how much bias is given to the crossfader selected active deck.

This plugin has three parameters:
- CrossFader Range: This is used to adjust the delay between changes proportional to the crossfader position.
- Strobe Delay: This adjusts the base delay between changes.
- Active Delay: This adjusts how much longer the currently active deck (by crossfader position) is active in the pattern.

IMPORTANT: Require DirectX November 2008, and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Runtime libraries.
