I purchased Virtual DJ and paid with my visa by pressing pay with paypal /visa after did not receive product key lic number, can anyone help sent ticket to virtual Dj and Next Generation Software Inc which shows up on my receipt.

http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/tickets.html (This one is the one you should do right now, its where you can send a new ticket explaining your problem and they will resolve it right away!)

If you did, I'm afraid you've bought the wrong software. To my understanding, Next Generation Software's Virtual DJ Studio has nothing to do with Atomix Production's Virtual DJ.

If I had to guess, they have deliberately named their software like that so they could score few hits and purchases from people actually looking for the real VDJ. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as a trademark infriction at the very least and the whole site seems shady in general.

As mentioned Next Generation Software make a product called 'Virtual DJ Studio' which is a completely different and seperate company & product to 'Virtual DJ Professional' by Atomix Productions.

If it says Next Generation Software on your reciept then that is what you have purchased and Atomix will be unable to help I'm afraid. You'll need to get in touch with Next Gen.

Actually the Virtual DJ Studio product has been around just as long as VirtualDJ and occasionally this does happen.

But as mentioned - you need to contact Next Generation to resolve your purchase issue with them - webmaster@ngwave.com
