I have just been tinkering around this today trying to get the decade 2010-2019 and it won't do it. This has been like this for years on my Mac, just checked, it's the same on my bootcamped Windows 10 x64 version too.
System Specs;
MacBook Pro 15” 2017, 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 Memory, Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB, Intel HD Graphics 630 n1536 MB, macOS Catalina 10.15.5, 500gb SSD, now Bootcamped with Windows 10 x64bit. External WD Passport Ultra 2Tb HD containing Music & Video databases and is formatted NTFS, I use the Paragon plugin with NTFS for Mac.
VirtualDJ 2021 b6017 and Controllers - Denon MC7000, Denon MC6000 MkII (backup).

Works here using:
The range code works for a range of 20 but not 10. It splits it at 2014 and then makes separate folders.
Year > 2009 and Year < 2020

can this be made to detected songs in 4x4 beat norm for a big libary? just a thought but 4x4 on the vj grid marks if you know what i mean. :)

Not sure what you mean by that..
VirtualDJ works in 4 beat grid for all songs.
And the grid is marked with dots (and lines) at the top waveform

I have looked through the 12 pages of comments and I don't think anyone has asked this, but apologies if they have.

I notice some low quality fiiles are showing up as yellow, which is awesome!
However is there an explanation of the other colours and how it is selecting them (or has something else coloured them and this is just showing me which ones are present? )
