Hi Staff.
I pay today a licence for Pioneer DDJ-SX2, but i need a licence PRO for remove the VirtualDj logo, really i need to work with videos, then i think i need upgrade my licence, what i must to do and what is the adicional cost by upgrade ?
I know that VD8 don`t use a serial, but i only find info about to introduce VirtualDJ LE keycode, excuse me but i reading the old posts in the forum and i can`t find info about it, thanks a lot.

"No existe una ruta de actualización desde la versión Plus a la versión Pro, pero en casos en que el usuario hace este cambio antes de 30 días, se le toma en cuanta lo que ya pagó para que solo pague la diferencia que le falte para completar la compra de la versión Pro Infinity."
Says that VD don`t have a link for update Plus to Pro, but when the user wants to upgrade before 30 days, can obtain a reduption, paying the diference between has payed and the price of the new Pro licence. Ist clear but now what i must do ? how i can obtein this reduption ?

Support tickets are usually answered in the region of 48 hours, this isn't a rule but my experience of submitting a ticket.
