Hi,
i tryed everything.
I also have reinstalled the asio driver and Virtual DJ
But there is no sound anymore if i set asio driver, only WASAPI works.
the asio driver is connected to the reloop BeatMix but does not work with Virtual DJ
any ideas?

When the Reloop ASIO drivers are used in the Audio setup, am ASIO button should appear in the window. Does the Reloop ASIO Control panel launches when you click n that button ?
You dont have sound on Headphones either ?
Not sure, but there is a chance the audio channels to be reverted, meaning that outputs 1,2 could be Headphones and 3,4 could be Master, so you may have to swap them.
Also, while the Beatmix is connected, make sure that the Reloop sound card is not selected as default sound card for your Operating system. Some ASIO drivers dont like that.
