VDJ 8 being used in a club to play music and videos six nights a week. Running on a high-powered PC, Windows 10, pro version of VDJ8. Pioneer DDJ controller.
A couple times per night the program shuts down, and comes back up, but nothing is ever written in the Crash Log. And the PC doesn't seem to be having an issue Windows doesn't seem to be recovering from anything.
First question is why isn't it recording an event in the error system, and two, any ideas what may be causing this issue?

forceclose in the VirtualDJ folder. Is there another one to look at?

Which build?, 32 or 64bit?, are you running any plugins?

64bit. No plugins. Is there a way to turn on error tracking or somewhere I should be looking for those codes?

If you are connected to the internet while the crash happens a crash log should be uploaded.

You can't view them yourself.
There have not been any crash logs uploaded to your account recently though.
Do you only get the crashes with the 64-bit version, or also with the 32-bit version?

Update on the issue - When VDJ crashes it deletes some of the files from the hard drive.
So now, my quesiton is it a VDJ issue, Windows, or possible hard drive issue?

It doesn't sound like a VDJ crash
When VDJ crashes it usually just reboots, and then keep on playing

hi guys , I'm using version 8 on Mac OS Mojave. it still crashing even the system restarts. the thing I've noticed is, it crashing when mixing specially on video tracks.
please I need help to fix that right away.
