It's natively supported by VDJ, so just plug it in and follow the on screen prompts.
Read the CMD Studio 2A manual and also the VDJ setup guide for the CMD Studio 2A.

i am using vdj but can't use sandbox, cant find any info about adjust soundcard setting for cmdstudio2a

Sandbox only works under certain conditions. You can find further details in the VDJ manual.
You should not need to adjust sound card settings if you allowed VDJ to setup the controller. If you failed to do this, then the settings are in the VDJ setup guide for the controller, as mentioned above.
