loading a 4 min song for example, but when its in the channel, it show like 40 seconds, why can I not get the whole song? only happens to the odd few, but quite frustrating TIA

Is it consistent with those tracks? I had something this with just one track ages ago [the track looped for some unknown reason], I hosted the track for the dev team to look at and the issue was fixed.

Another possibility is that you are trying to load a track from Content Unlimited, but you don't have a content unlimited subscription. (Although you should get a pop up the first time you load such a song)

Thanks for the replies, it happens on various albums, I'm not on a subscription platforms
