Just found this, www.mp3fiesta.com

Just had a quick look, they've got abit of everything. Albums from $0.99 and single tracks from $0.39

Don't know how long it will last or whether legal or not (based in the Urlkine), or what quality the tracks are but thought I'll share it with you.
