I have a Hercules RMX and it comes with Virtual Dj LE. I'm trying for 3 weeks to buy online an upgrade to Pro version and no feedback from the site. I post an order but this was it, no mail from the site no link no nothing, i don't know what to do. If anyone can help me, maybe i did something wrong.

You can make a ticket for this at support. Morever check in ur email that u use to make the purchase. Also check at the junk mail etc.
