Are you asking for a converter for script written in language Traktor is using to create a filter folder in language VDJ is using ?
or simply a way to make VDJ filter folder editor more user friendly like in Traktor ?

just want to be able to read the smart lists just like it reads regular play lists

I think they are dynamic - just like in virtual dj (filter folders) - so there is probably nothing to read except for a "forumla", which will only be relevant to the traktor database
