I broadcast a internetradio with VDJ. Now my Moderators want to see the amount of listeners in VDJ, is there a possibility to seen this or to let it show in VDJ?

It doesnt show in VirtualDJ but rather on the server that hosts the webradio (guessing you mean a hosted webradio, when you say internet radio)
Both Icecast and Shoutcast have a page showing this info, as well as easy to use scripts for pulling that data to show front end on the website.
