Well, you can, but the default is then that the single words separated by the space can be anywhere in any of your enabled search fields for the track to be included in the resulting list
But you can add quotes around multiple words, like:
"country in me"
to make sure vdj searches for the exact title, rather than all songs containing 'country', 'in' and 'me' in any place
