Winamp has a pluggin that records the streaming broadcast. I used to record using it when I was broadcasting to a shoutcast server.

ANY wave editor will record your sound from windows.
Even the built in windows sound recorder can record your set, while broadcasting..

If you want a more advanced editor than Windows own sound recorder, use Audacity. Free wave editor

Audacity should be able to record master sound, and by that record hercules.

Try streamripper for winamp (free)

It does a damn good job at recording a shoutcast stream from within winamp (you play the stream in winamp and then hit the 'start' button.

It does a nice job of splitting the stream into individual MP3 tracks.

google streamripper and I'm sure you'll find it!

Personaly I use a splitter and feed one to the speakers and the other goes into a desktop that records the audio with Audacity

Honestly, you can record a live set while broadcasting live. If your djing on a computer running vdj with your tcv's or tccd's and you feed a aux out into the a line in on a second computer, on that second computer that's where you would record from. or vice versa.
that should do the trick.
POW!
