im loving how VDJ waited untill serato 1.9 was out! pure genius. some of the jocks i work with are all "Look its got a sampler now" and in the back of my mind ive been thinking "And. thats been in vdj for ages!" the new update looks sleek and sexy ! its gonna be funny when im showing off all the new bells and wistles! so happy. the USB VDJ implementation must have serato programmers thinking why didnt we come up with that first!
Looking forward to the release

My Philips Desxcape wifi monitor is 1024 x 768, it's a bit of a dinosaur now, but the great thing is I can unhook it from the stand and walk about controlling VDJ from anywhere, and it's touchscreen. Fantastic!
Just a quick thanks to everyone in the team who have made this wonderful update possible. I know how much hard work it is and I apologise for my previous posts criticizing the time it has taken for bugfixes etc. Good to see it's all coming together. The dynamic skin sizing is just bloody wonderful.

Looking at the features list this is very impressive. VDJ uses a new scripting language that will let each of us customize the program to our needs, however simple or complex you require. It also states that there will be full compatability for MIDI and HID. There is also a new global search engine that can scan all of your drives for a song and even pull in a live stream from the net for a song you need. New timecode, video and skin engines!
There has been a lot of work and creative "out of the box" thought put into this. Thank you and can't wait to try it out!

No software on the market will do what VDJ6 will do Major respect to the developers. The only knock that most haters have of VDJ is the sound quality, Tracktor and others do sound better. I saw that VDJ6 has a new Timecode engine, GREAT I hope a new Sound engine as well. None the less I can't wait. Powers to be don't make us wait to long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Why the remote control menu has gone?

Because it's no-longer needed - It's replaced by the Mappers tab that lets you map the keyboard or any MIDI controller using the new VDJscript.

It is because there no need for it anymore. It replaced by mappers. Please read the user guide for 6 for more info;)
