Hello everyone.
Please help.

A deck and B deck if I was playing at the same time, B deck hands to stop the platter.
Then B and stop music playback deck.

However, A deck, even if the same thing, non-stop music playback.

Please tell me the solution.

Are both your decks platter mode the same? What is the Platter Mode button color of each -> Green or Orange?

Of the problem,
I play at the plate on both decks.

When playing alone deck(A or B), no problem.

Same thing happenin to me. Kinds of drop the midi connection between vdj and 3700. Then the 3700 does not respond to any button events. you have to stop the vdj manually disconeect the 3700 and reconnect back and at times it does not recognise the 3700 anymore. At times when i try to close vdj, it just hangs and not even task manager will close it. I have to restart. Lots of bugs and instability with the 3700 and v6.

A)
MIDI CH　1
Unit No SET　1

B)
MIDI CH 2
Unit No SET 2

Do not change the MIDI channels for your S3700s, leave them the factory defaults of Channel 0 -- VirtualDJ internally separates them for the respective decks.

MIDI tried the same CH1 BOTH. The problem is not resolved.

MIDI CH0 is not set. can set up the 1-6CH.

Ok, I see the problem ... The active deck selected is changing when you scratch a platter which then looses the platter for the opposite deck.

Let me see what I can do ...

Ok, just make them both MIDI Chan 1

And try this .. Change in the Mapper the actions for the following keys-

PLATTER1 -> action_deck 1 ? deck 1 denon_platter 1 : deck 2 denon_platter 1
PLATTER2 -> action_deck 1 ? deck 1 denon_platter 2 : deck 2 denon_platter 2


Does that resolve the problem ?

I just tried it and still same problem.

I think I miss typed .. try these please ...

PLATTER1 -> action_deck 1 ? deck 1 select & denon_platter 1 : deck 2 select & denon_platter 1
PLATTER2 -> action_deck 1 ? deck 1 select & denon_platter 2 : deck 2 select & denon_platter 2

my denon 3700 is not working very well on my pc wxp am using. deck 1 is working ok but deck 2 platter not working when deck 1 is active but if you stop deck 1 then deck 2 platter is active and can scratch, any help
