This can be done easily with the Skin Resizer Tool: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/7187/Skin_Resizer_Tool.html
Go to the folder Documents/VirtualDJ/Skins
and unzip the file turntablist2_2
Open the Skin Resizer, and open the XML file (1280.xml)
There are three resizing options here:
1. Regular Resize
Easy and fast, but the result won't be perfect
1.1 Select 1366 X 768 as output size.
1.2 Choose a name for the output file
1.3 In the "Resize" view, select "Simple Resize"
1.4 In the "Generating" view, click on "Do the Job"
2. Adding borders
Both easy and fast, the graphics won't be altered. But the Skin won't take the whole width.
2.1 Select 1366 X 768 as output size.
2.2 Choose a name for the output file
2.3 In the "Resize" view, select "Add borders"
2.4 In the "Generating" view, click on "Do the Job"
3. Regular Resize + Browser Resize
The will be the best resize. The Skin will fit your screen perfectly.
3.1 Select "1366" as output width, and then click on the "x" between width and height
3.2 Choose a name for the output file
3.3 In the "Resize" view, select "Simple Resize"
The 5 following steps are optional
3.3.1 In the "Options" view, select "Use pre-resized picture"
3.3.2 Open the picture file (1280.bmp) in a good graphic software, such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Photofiltre, Paint.Net but not Paint
3.3.3 Resize the picture in that graphic software to 1366x4023
3.3.4 Save the picture under a new name
3.3.5 In the Skin Resizer, select the new picture as "Pre-resized picture"
3.4 In the "Generating" view, click on "Do the Job"
3.5 In the menu, click on "License"->"Reload last created skin"
3.6 In the "Files" view, change the output height to 768
3.7 Choose a filename for the new skin
3.8 In "Resize" view, select "Browser Resize"
3.9 In "Options" view, un-select "Use pre-resized picture" if you selected it in step 3.3.1
3.10 In "Generating" view, click on "Do the Job".
3.11 Zip the new files (the last created skin) and there you go.
