Forum: Mix lessons - Topic: Slow to Fast BPM

Hey guys, super new.

I need some pointers on how to transition from a song that is like 150 bpm to 115 bpm. Not enough to be exactly half and sound right, but I don't want to alter the actual pitch of the music to much..because I KNOW people can tell the difference. It's extremely easy on some songs to know that it's not the original speed.

Is there any good sounding way to move between different pitched songs? This is a huge speed bump for me right now, I'd really appreciate any tips or tricks. Thanks guys.
