If you mean 1024 pitch resolution then only the manufacturer could do that by creating a new version of the controller that has this hardware capability.
Please also open your own new topic in the correct rather than hi-jacking an existing one that is not related to your question in any way. Your question has nothing to do with a skin for Numark MixTrack and is also not related to skins either (This is the skins forums for questions/support with using/creating custom skins.)
