Lets regroup on this.

Start the PC
Put the decks into midi mode and wait 30 seconds for the drivers to fully load up.
Open the Denon control panel and make sure both 3700's are in view and enabled, close panel.
Open VDJ, click config/mappers and click the button in the top center to assign each deck in the menu that appears.
Close config after assigning your sound configuration.
If the decks are swapped, push "eject" on either deck once.

The multi deck features of 7 required a little more set up than in 612 is all this usually is.
Make no changes to the midi channels or any other parameter in the decks.

Then see what you have.

I use these every single day and rarely do they not discover and assign once the initial set up is done this way.

Lookin for a solution.

My 3700's are crossed every time I connect them. I can have 1 on the left side of my computer and 1 on the right side. When I fire up everything the players are reversed on the computer. I have tried almost everything, even moving the players, but when I reconnect them, they are still reversed.

Any ideas?

Thanx

Thanks

unit number problem fix.
i had both table stating 002 after install couldnt find how to fix it online.
here is the fix

uninstall everything denon asio driver and vdj.
now reboot to clear computer
once rebooted install asio drivers then assign turntables
make sure they are set like instructions say from denon
then install vdj then assign them in vdj config and bam decks will say 001 and 002 instead of 002 and 002 or etc.
this is how i fixed it.

thanks
