Anyone knows a way (utility etc..) to mass write the bpm info in the filenames ?
Lets say you have a folder with 100 tracks, analyse them (or take the bpm info from the database)
and write it at the end of the filename, so it become: Artist - title [bpm], or something like that.
I know its not easy what i ask just wonder if there is any way.

Application: Tag & Rename
URL: http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm
Has a rename feature that allows you to use the ID3 Tag Fields to build a string for naming.

I use tag & rename, but i dint see that..
I'm sure it will need the bpm info written in the "standard" bpm field in tag2,
(which is not happen in my files), but i'll try it.

Tag&Rename will not calculate BPMs.. You can use the free BPM analyzer from MixMeister for that. It is a good and accurate BPM tool. Next you use Tag&Rename to get the BPMs into the filename.

Sorry I confused the situation, I was only addressing your renaming issue. Paulheu is right on an excellent BPM tool - BPM Analyzer from MixMeister
