The Prodigy FX is not a MIDI controller and cannot control VirtualDJ directly.
To use it to control VirtualDJ, you will need to use timecode CD's http://www.virtualdj.com/products/timecode/cd.html
For this, you will need to purchase a suitable 4-in/4-out ASIO sound card such as Hercules DJ Trim.
