What software can I use to take an already remixed mp3 and add the original video to it? I know I can link videos in VDJ, but I would like to loop clips add effects and match the vocals to the singers lips when adding the video.

Do I need the Sony Vegas Pro which is 699 or can I use just the HD editor which is like 125?

I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio. It does what I need and easier on the pocketbook. :-)
