Hi Guys,
Just got my Mixdeck Quad, my problem is I cant get it to recognize my Virtual DJ Software from the laptop to the actual unit. I can hear sound when I connect it to my laptop but it wont recognize any of the decks or the output its coming from in the computer.
I have tried following through the setup in the Manual and all the other stuff in the forum but I have had no luck. Can anyone help or what should I do??
