i have had my numark idj3 for a couple m. onths and its has been working perfectly. but recently its has been givin me alot of trouble. everytime i try to scatch, it scratches but then the songs stops playing and the rest of the button (play, sync) stop working. i have to keep a finger on the turntable for the song to keep playing (this stops me from playing two songs at a time)

Look i had the same problem. just co to your config settings then go into mappers tab and then there is 3 small buttons in the bottom left corner under the text click the far left one and then it will change back to factory settings. :)

I have the exact same problem now!! How do I fix my idj 3??? where do I find the mappers tab???

There is no mappers tab in VirtualDJ LE, which is free limited software.
If you have activated and are currently using the 20 day trial of the full VirtualDJ Professional, then please see:

Otherwise, you can perform a clean re-installation by following the instructions on the following page:
