I was mixing at home in MixLab 3.1 and I switched between some skins and suddenly the crossfader acts backwards when I switched back to mixlab...this means that when the crossfader is pointed to the right, the left side is beeing played. And when pointed to the left, the right side is beeing played..its all reverse and backwards..can someone tell me how to get back the old settings?

You must have selected a Hamster style crossfader when you were playing around with the other skins. Find the skin you were playing around with and de-select the inverted crossfader. The skin in the photo is CUE RMX by Cioce. It is one of the skins that has this function.
