Hi,
I have some .m4a files, and I get an "Error" message when I try to play them. How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Greg

Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Error%20loading%20song.html
Also, it could be that you are using an out-of-date version of the software (E.g: VirtualDJ Home v5) that does not support the latest MP4 codecs.
If this is the case, you will need to upgrade to the latest version: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
Or if you are a home user using the software for non-commercial use only, download the latest Home FREE from: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/homefree.html

My VDJ has not also recognize musics(.m4a) from the iTunes list.
But try drag-and-drop from iTunes library directly. I can use this way with Macbook pro, Yosemite.

I seem to be unable to play some files. When I try to dray and drop I get a flatline and the file time goes to 00. I have tried to "add file to db" and it correccts some files but not others.
