I have a NS7 and want to leave ITCH so last night i tested VDJ, i understand it's native with NS7. Well, i don't have an original version so i downloaded from internet. The problem is that : VDJ with NS7 was a mess....audio drops, audio glitchs, etc. My question is : i haved those issues because was not a genuine version of VDJ ? Honestly, all my softwares are originals and i really want to buy a full versions of VDJ but how can i be sure after i buyit, everything will be fine ?

Try downloading the home version, it will let you use the software for a full ten minutes unrestricted. Versions that you get out on the internet can be full of nasty stuff. You can get the genuine home version here:

Thanks for your reply, i tried VDJ Home and have the same issue : when i use NS7's gain or eq knobs , software's gain or eq knobs are moving left-right , resulting audio glitches.
There are some users who experiment same issue ? Any advice are good, really want to switch from Itch....if some video will help to figure out, i'll make it.

And without NS7 , seems to be ok, no issue, VDJ works fine

The NS7 is resource hungry. What are the specs of your machine?

Just discover if i set in config "cd" instead "vinyl" , have no issue. But, in that way , have no longer spinnig platters, no scratch....any advice ?

Can i get some help from VDJ's staff ? How can increase-decrease NS7 driver latency ? Where i find this driver ?

I really don't understand why not getting some help.....how i'm supposed to buy VDJ and can't use properly ?! Since 3 days i try VDJ Home with various settings, still have same issue : with motor on have audio glitches, sound drop and gain knobs & pitch fader moving alone , sloppy .....

Actually i have NS7 driver, just wanted to know where is located in my laptop to make some settings in NS7 latency, not in VDJ config. I make 2 screenshots, hope that helps. I really need your help to fix my NS7......

After i read a lots of other users posts, after almost 10 days since i ask for your help i have to say only one more thing : VDJ support it's wonderful but it's totally missing. You guys are years behind Serato's support or Numark's support.
Oh, another thing : you can do everything but NS7 will never work like a charm with VDJ like is doing with Itch.
And a message for VDJ software ...... : reast in peace !
