i recently purchased a gemini Cntrl 6 to use for my ALREADY purchased virtual dj
i figured since i already had virtual dj it would automatically work . well i was wrong
my computer doesnt even recognize the controller . now i tested the port to see if it was malfunctioning and it isnt
i like the control please tell me there is someway i can download a driver to my computer so i can make it work
it has to be a way i know the controller is discontinued to the new model please help if u know a way to make it work thanks

This is probably because you are using an out-of-date version of VirtualDJ that doesn't support this controller.
Please register your Pro serial number on your profile page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html - The CNTRL 6 is natively supported in the latest version.
