I would like to purchase PRO for use on my Mac and PC. With the user code, can I download and install on both?

Yes, when you purchase VDJ Pro you will have access to both Mac and PC installation packages.
You can have VDJ installed on two systems, this way you have a back up.
Looks like you need to make that purchase. ;)
