Just bought VDJ 7, the latest version. I can't get the videos to play on my club's screen for more than 10 mins. It says that I have the "free version" & I need the "Pro." I all ready bought the latest for $300, do I have to upgrade, again? Plus, using my USB soundcard, I can only get sound out of ONE channel & not TWO. Any help would be GREAT!

It sounds like you are still actually using the Home FREE version. Once you have purchased the full Pro, you need to register your serial number to your account and then download and then install the full software to be able to use it.
To avoid confusion (E.g: Clicking on the wrong icon by accident), we would recommend uninstalling the Home FREE version, which you don't need any more.
Regarding your USB sound card, please post the make and model in order to provide further assistance. The sound card needs to be a multi-channel card capable of outputting more than one stereo channel, e.g: Numark DJIO.
