I have pro and the program keeps erasing my que points it wont play my play list I mean wth this is time consuming and annoying

If cue points are being lost when you close VirtualDJ then this means that you have a permissions issue, so it can't save the changes to the database. Please see our FAQ pages: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ%20Folder%20Permissions.html
If you mean that the cue point is overwritten when pressing CUE, then this is normal default behaviour in VirtualDJ. if you are using a MIDI controller, then you can change the mapping of the cue button to cue_stop to avoid this (Cue points can then only be set via hot cue buttons (If the controller has them) or via the hot cue buttons on the skin.)
Playlists are drive and path specific, so if you have moved your songs around and/or renamed them, the entries in the playlist will no-longer work. Please see our FAQ pages: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Playlist%20Path%20Specific.html
