hi guys, after spending a while trying to work out a "select all" mapping function to allow entire lists to be selected, with a single controller button or key press, for a multifunction button. ive been informed that its not possible due to there not being any syntax to emulate the CTRL+A style selection method.

CTRL+A is equal to selecting a folder.
So maybe you would like to have actions like .. do this or do that with a folder ?

possibly, though selecting the whole contents of a folder is the desired aim for a mapper function. im thinking more for building a macro type multi function button.
