G4v control does not work whit virtual dj 8 I try everything and it does not work please help. I need the mappers for this version tanks

the Gemini G4 is natively supported and no mapping files are required.
Are you on a windows or Mac OS computer ? have you tried to delete the settings.xml file from Documents/VirtualDJ folder and relaunch ? you have absolutely no control of the software (sliders dont move on screen if u move from the device ) ?
Please provide us the following...
1. Screenshot of the CONTROLLERs tab of VirtualDJ 8 Config
2. From Config-->OPTIONS tab of VirtualDJ, enable the ShowAdvanced Options and search for the setting createMidiLog. Set it to yes. Close VirtualDj, make sure the unit is connected and launch again. Close VirtualDJ and post here the content of the Log Report.txt file you will find in Documents/virtualDJ folder.

I found the problem had to put yes to disablebuiltin definitions and it works thanks anyway

The G4V is natively supported but I miss two important features which are seek and got to the beginning of the track (0:00).
Is there a way to include this maybe seek with the jog and shift?
