How to reproduce:
* On the Numark Quad MixTrack Quad, if there are no cue points and you press Shift+S4/C4/Delete, the controller DOES enter the "Exit Cue Delete Mode" but the pad is not illuminated (as it would, if there were cue pads programmed), to indicate that the controller is in this mode.
Side-Effect:
* It's not visible/clear that the controller is in "Exit Cue Delete Mode" and the Cue Points simply don't work.
Solution:
For consistency, I think it would be better if the C4 pad ALWAYS gets illuminated when the controller enters this mode.

From builds ending at .796 (or higher), we changed the Pads behavior in Cue mode as follows...
- The Pads will not enter in Delete mode if no HotCue (1-4) exists.
- The 4th pad will be lit orange if in Delete mode and will blink (red-orange) if HotCue 4 exists
- The Pads will not enter in Delete mode if no HotCue (1-4) exists.
- The 4th pad will be lit orange if in Delete mode and will blink (red-orange) if HotCue 4 exists
