I did actually have a backup from September 2014 and so when I tried to overwrite the existing one with the backup, the behavior is still the same -- no cover on the Jogwheels. I even deleted the settings.xml file altogether and re-installed the program with a completely fresh XML and it still has the same problem. There must be another file its looking at because otherwise the problem would have been fixed.

Try substituting your variables with mine:
$HCMode=1818584692=0.00000, $JogCover=0=1.00000, $coverview=0=0.00000, $video=0=0.00000, $panel2=3=0.00000, $panel1=1=0.00000, $gridlines=0=1.00000, $decks=0=1.00000, $skincolor=0=2.00000
They may not all apply to silversleek, but when I run silversleek I do get the cover art.

You are a complete genius! It worked, however, how would I fix this for the other couple skins which also show cover on Jogwheel? Like what you've done for yours?

Actually you've fixed the problem altogether my friend -- all the skins that have the option to show cover art on the Jogs are now working. Thanks so much man for your help -- you are awesome. Keep up the great work on the Skins by the way -- SilverSleek rocks.

The other skins may also write similar variables to settings.xml when those options are chosen in the skin, so you'll have to load each skin and set the options so those $variables will be written to settings.xml from each skin. Because of this bug that wipes the variables, once you've got all your skins set the way you want, back up settings.xml or just make a note somewhere of everything on that particular line of the settings.xml so you can put it back manually if necessary.
I can't give you the parameters because I don't know which skins you're using, or what the variables are for each one.

Sorry I meant to forward that last comment to Phantom DJ but as for this bug, I noticed that every time I exit the program and re-enter it, the same problem exists. To fix it, I go into SilverSleek and set the Jog Option to show Cover and then go to another skin and it works. I hope they fix this bug... Thanks for all your help -- truly appreciate it.
