Hi,

I get this crash when using a Odyssey ColorKey Keyboard. I even setting to Ignore in Mappers. I just want it as a Keyboard not use any mappings.

Any clue with this?

Also got this when the keyboard was not plugged in.

I used my mouse to click a song to select it and then use the Load dial to load it to the player.

Crash occurs even if no controller is connected at all ?
Happens with all of your files ?

Is the "factory default" mapping the one you re using ?

Can you also try with the Default 2/4 decks skins (if not already use those) ?

Does it happen with all of your files ? Same crash with both audio and video files ?
If only with some specific, could you upload one of them and pm me the link ?

By chance, would not doing this cause this issue:

Please ensure that the MIDI controller setting does not allow [KEY
LOCK] button to be lit. If the [KEY LOCK] button is lit, please switch
the setting to unlit.

Are you sure you are using the factory default mapping ?

Even though i dont see the text you have posted in the PDF manual, i assume that you are referring to the "Serato mode" from Utilities.
VirtualDJ 8 uses the Serato mode, regardless the setting in Utilities, same as the Serato software does.
So your issue should not be related to this... Or is it ??
