I finally updated my VDJ after a couple years, and I'm noticing a big difference in the looping. Before, when I hit out, it would loop from that point of the song and for the next 16, 32, whatever was selected. Now, when I hit out, the music jumps back to the last place I clicked on the track. How do I fix this?

Loopback is a new feature in VirtualDJ 8.x
If it is enabled and you don't like this behavior go to :
Settings > Options > Search for .. "LoobBackMode"
Set to "no"
