Hi guys ... I recently did a complete restore on my laptop. Since then after I reinstalled VDJ 8 and bought a new NS7 III controller ... whenever I load a video into a deck the skin goes very dark ... and when I move the mouse the skin flickers ... any ideas on what I may be missing ... plugin, firmware, update or other. Everything else seems to be working ok or as far as Ive noticed. Thanks in advance for any help
I guess I should also mention I never had any issues before the restore except the skin going dark on very rare occasion on just one skin. My laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio
I7 processor with 16gb ram and 4gb dedicated nvidia graphics card 1tb HDD SSD ... Its a beast :)

Make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your graphics card.

All up to date bud ... Just reinstalled them again just to be sure ... no luck

I got it figured out ... I forgot to update my DirectX :) Working like a boss now !! PS ... This ns7 III ROCKS !! Screens working nicely ... Great job VDJ team !!

I think I have the same problem, I restored over the weekend, now the skin flickers when videos are loaded. When I get home I will look into DirectX, if this is the problem I'm surprised the VDJ guys are not letting us know what to update or install with VDJ for smooth operation.
