Auto start works nicely when starting a recording. How about Stop the recording when the sound ends?

+1 from me to, although That may be hard to implement unless the script magicians can shoe it in somehow. I think the only way it could work is if the channel faders are all at 0 for more than 5 seconds then it should autostoprecording that's one way. The other way could be when you turn The master to zero that could trigger a stop action.....maybe?

I'd use a repeat_start script to monitor the output level, if 0% increase a counter by 1 once the counter reaches a number stop recording, if not 0% reset the counter.
