Hi, I'm planning on buying the M-audio MobilePre MKII soundcard for my home studio and also for VDJ 8. I have never used it before with VDJ, so I'm wondering if I could use it to preslisten(cue) on my headphones while I'm mixing. What I mean is if it could be configured that way. Would VDJ recognize the output for headphones apart from the speakers output?

I can't see a reason why it shouldn't work.
But why do you want this specific model? It is already a couple of years old and there is no driver support for newer OS.
No Win 10 drivers and no El Capitan (or higher) drivers.
Finally, no USB 3.0 support.
