i have a citronic mi-300 usb controller but it keeps glitching after a short while . I can not find it on the list when i go into my licence what can i do to get it sorted thanks

test item by item..
check the computer by using a different device in the same usb port with the same usb cable.
if it all works, then your hardware is damaged.
if it fails, then your computer is damaged.
repair the damaged item then reply.

Are you sure that's what it's called? A Google search for that returns nothing.
Also there's very little Citronic kit natively supported - and certainly no mi-300 (if that's the correct model name).
