Hi Long time user of virtual dj. ( Like over 10 years)
Installed the newest update before a show on saturday. But there is a bug. I am running macbook pro 12g of ram. installed the newest update b3780 I have the NS7ii and the volume from channel two is alot lower. My first thought was that it was a hardware issue. But I opend Serato and both channels are the same volume. Back to VDJ and back to channel 2 not as loud. I would say its a 50% volume drop. I have to adjust my gain pot to the 4:00 position. Looked at all the settings. and see nothing that should cause this. Gain is set to auto. If we can not fix this can you send me the kink so I can roll back to the last version?

Don't think that your issue is related to any Build.
So, you get different output level even if the same track is loaded to both channels/decks ?
Are you using the crossfader or is that disabled ?

Hi yes exact same track loaded in the players I don't really use the crossfader except for scratching. But when djing normally I just keep it in the middle. The exact same tracks or other track loaded in Serato seams to be fine. Any suggestions? You think it is a crossfader issue?

You can try disabling the crossfader in the settings to test without it
You can also test it without a controller to test if it's a "VDJ core" issue, or something related to your controller
I just tested on laptop only with 2 decks, and they both seem to play at the same volume when playing the same track (the exact same file on disk)

Your Audio Setup is Master to Chans 1,2 & Headphones to Chans 3,4, right ? And you have proper pre-listening on Headphones ?
The only thing i can think of, is maybe you have something like Deck 1,Deck 2 in your Audio Setup (instead of the correct Master & Headphones)., thus different output
And the Gains on the skin both show the same db value ?
