Hi!
My son of 8 named Milan did get an Omnitronic TMC-2 from his neighbour, we hope it can be the start of his musical career :) the controller from Omnitronic has come with an VDJ CD and license version 7.
Now we would like to install the software on our Apple Imac OSX 10.12, the CD has the older version which doesnt work on this OSX version. So we tried to download the latest version with update. But now the controller wont be recorgnized by the system. No function at all, is that because the controller is to old for this OSX or is it because we dont can register the serial number because it was allready registered by our neighbour?
Could you please help us out? Could you please make our son happy? We hope so, thx in advance.

If your software was already registered by your neighbor, then no you will not be able to use it. The software is non-transferable. Please contact support to see about purchasing a version of the software that will work with your controller.
