set up has been working fine until this evening and I cannot seem to separate the sound cards now.....so no PFL etc......any help much appreciated

my set up is an HP laptop running W10 and VIRTUALDJ v 8.2 b3967 with a USB feed into a Logitech speaker system and sub woofer via a mini Behringer HENYH 302 USB MIXER and headphones via laptop headphone mini jack into SENNHEISER headphones.......until yesterday I had the VIRTUAL DJ settings using speaker + headphone and two soundcards and all worked well re PFL etc.....now I cannot seem to get the PFL element to work......have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times but no go.......playing a party on Saturday and any advice would be much appreciated
