Hoping you can help-
I recently started a subscription for the 19.99 Karaoke plan, I have the confirmation Email, and the first payment (Which I have a receipt for has already been taken out of my account- I play events and really need to get the situation resolved ASAP! Any one have any ideas who may have experienced a similar problem?
