Tema: Virtual DJ with Denon MC7000 sound issue

I use the most current VDJ software with Denon MC7000 controller. Does anyone else use this setup? The reason I ask is recently when I drag a song in to play and then hit Play it's silent even though it's visually playing there's no sound? If I hit cue a few times or reload the same track it works fine. This just recently started doing this. Any ideas why? I use a Mac Pro.
