I have purchased a new desk the Dynacord CMS 600-3 and last night was its first time use. I have a Pro licence for VDJ and it picked up the desk straight away without any customisation required. I downloaded the latest ASIO drivers from Dynacord website also.
After about 15 minutes i noticed that the sound stopped for about half a second then came back on. I also noticed this a further 4 times through the night. Just wondering if you could point me in to the correct direction to resolve this issue please. There was no distortion on the audio just a straight drop then back on.

What latency setting, are you using ultraLatency [in options]
try https://www.resplendence.com/latencymon to check your system

Does it work without the ASIO driver , so just with WASAPI ?
If not , open the ASIO settings and see the Latency value. You may have to increase if too low.

Latency is automatic in options 256

And you should leave it at Automatic, if you mean the VDJ Options and use ASIO. You should open the unit's ASIO Control panel of the sound card and adjust the latency from there.
256 is quite low, 512 is OK, 1024 is safe but not good if you scratch
