I updated the 64bit only in Win10
Everything ok with the following exception :
Desktop link for 32bit version is now named "VirtualDJ 2020" and 64bit version is named "VirtualDJ 2018 64-bit"

Same thing happened to me. I went to the website and downloaded from there and the problem was resolved.
