So, this is a basic bar setup where im just connecting a laptop to run video playlists to various TVs. The video output from the laptop is HDMI, which then goes thru a converter to RCA, and then out to a modulator that splits the video many times. I got everything running the way it should, except for the picture size on the TV's. Every few seconds the picture changes slightly.... Like from a 1 inch border of black around the video to then no border. Back and forth, constantly.... Any guesses as to why this is happening? Is the HDMI video source being degraded and split too much? Or is there a settings tweak I haven't made yet?
Thanks for any help,

Have you tried just sending the output of the laptop screen directly (desktop, no VDJ)? If not, see what happens when you do.

It's not a connections issue. The video screen flutters in the video viewer in the skin. The black border around the video picture appears, then goes away. Inconsistent though, not every video. Ugh.

It seems to only happen when the video has a thick black border on top and bottom of screen.

Some TV have ''Auto Fill'' settings.
It's when there are black borders in the video and the TV automatic detect it and zoom in the video frame, to get rid of the borders
